Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10 March 2026
Lumn does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. Your privacy is fully preserved.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lumn ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. This policy is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any information. Specifically, the App does not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, or identifiers)
- Device information (device model, operating system, or unique device identifiers)
- Usage or analytics data
- Location data
- Audio recordings, beats, or any content you create
- Cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies
All content you create within the App remains entirely on your device unless you choose to export or share it using your device's native sharing functionality, which is handled by your operating system and is outside our control.
3. Third-party services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-processing services. No data is transmitted to us or to any third party through the App.
4. Data storage and security
Because we do not collect any data, there is no personal information stored on our servers. Any files or content you create are stored locally on your device and are subject to the security measures of your device and operating system.
5. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 18. The App is safe for use by individuals of all ages.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles and Victorian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Request access to any personal information held about you
- Request correction of any personal information
- Make a complaint about a breach of your privacy
As we do not collect or hold any personal information, these rights are inherently fulfilled. If you have any concerns, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner (OVIC).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes that materially alter how we handle personal information, we will update the App and revise the effective date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
If a future version of the App introduces any form of data collection, we will update this policy before doing so and, where required, seek your consent in accordance with applicable law.
